2026 Clay Crawl Passport Raffle
During the CT Clay Crawl, visitors will have the chance to win handmade pottery and special experiences donated by participating artists and studios. We encourage visitors to explore as many stops on the Clay Crawl as possible to increase our chances of winning!
How it works:
When you visit your first studio, make sure to pick up a Clay Crawl passport card. Each studio has its own color coded sticker, and every time you visit a studio you’ll receive one sticker for your passport.
One sticker = one (1) raffle entry
Visit all 14 studios over the weekend to receive five (5) bonus entries
At your last stop turn in your completed passport for a chance to win one of the raffle prizes below!

Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
To be eligible, passport cards must be completed with the participant’s name, email address, and phone number. Participants must be at least 18 years old. The raffle is void where prohibited and subject to all applicable local and state laws.Entries:
Each studio sticker collected counts as one raffle entry. Bonus entries may be awarded for collecting stickers from all 14 studios. Multiple entries for the same studio or duplicate passports are not allowed.
Obtaining Your Passport and Stickers:
Participants are responsible for obtaining a passport at their first studio visit. Each studio sticker counts as one entry. The Guild cannot provide extra stickers or replacement passports under any circumstances, so please keep your passport safe as you explore the Clay Crawl.
Turning in Your Passport: You can drop off your passport filled out with your name, email, and phone number at the last studio you visit for the weekend. If you forget to drop it off you have until May 6, 2026 to submit a picture of your filled out passport HERE.
Winner Selection and Prize Allocation:
Winners will be drawn at random from the pool of submitted passports. Prizes will be awarded from a single pool of donated items and experiences. Participants cannot select a specific piece. Winners will be chosen for each prize in the order they are drawn until all items have been claimed.Notification:
Winners will be contacted by the phone number provided on their passport. If a voicemail is left, winners have five (5) business days to respond and claim their prize. If no response is received, another winner will be selected.Prize Pickup or Shipping:
Winners may pick up their prize at any participating studio. Prizes may also be shipped within the continental U.S. at the winner’s expense. The Connecticut Clay Guild is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged passports, stickers, or shipments.Email List Opt-In:
By entering the raffle, participants agree to be added to the Connecticut Clay Guild email list for future updates and events. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.Modification or Cancellation:
The Guild reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle for any reason, including unforeseen circumstances.No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter or win the raffle.
General Conditions:
The Guild reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, illegible, or suspected of tampering. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Connecticut Clay Guild, which are final.Media Release:
By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name, images, and likeness in promotional materials and social media related to the CT Clay Crawl.
