CT Clay Crawl 2026 – Artist Table Fee Terms & Conditions
By submitting your table fee for participation as a guest artist in CT Clay Crawl 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Participation & Placement
Payment of the table fee confirms your participation in the 2026 CT Clay Crawl as a guest artist.
Studio placements are assigned by the organizing committee and may not be changed after confirmation unless necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Table Fee
The table fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.
Payment must be received no later than December 31, 2025. Artists who do not complete payment by this deadline may forfeit their placement.
3. Required Materials
Artists agree to provide requested photos of their work by December 31, 2025 for inclusion in print and digital marketing materials.
Images must be in PNG format of at least 300dpi or 300px/300px and be able to be cropped down to a square
Artists who do not submit required materials by the deadline may be excluded from promotional materials, maps, and listings.
4. Display & Booth Setup
Each Artis is responsible for their own display setup. Depending on the studio they are at this may include tables, shelving, signage, and any necessary equipment.
Artists must ensure their display is safe, stable, and does not cause damage to the host studio or property.
Setup and breakdown times will be communicated closer to the event, and participants agree to arrive and depart within the provided timeframes.
5. Sales & Transactions
Artists are responsible for managing their own sales, handling payments, and collecting/remitting any applicable taxes.
The CT Clay Crawl organizers and host studios are not responsible for payment processing issues or uncollected funds.
6. Liability
Artists participate at their own risk.
CT Clay Crawl organizers and participating studio hosts are not liable for theft, loss, or damage to artwork, display materials, or personal property.
Artists are responsible for supervising their own booth and belongings throughout the event.
7. Conduct & Community Standards
This event prioritizes community, collaboration, and respect. All artists agree to uphold a positive, professional presence while participating.
Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant engaging in harmful, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.
8. Photography & Promotion
By participating, artists grant CT Clay Crawl permission to use submitted images and event-day photos of their work , person, or display for promotional purposes, including print, social media, and website listings.
9. Event Changes
Organizers reserve the right to adjust event logistics (including layouts, schedules, or studio assignments) if needed. Any changes will be communicated as promptly as possible.
10. Agreement
Submission of the table fee indicates that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
