Schedule: Glaze in the morning and set up kilns, load around noon, fire for 2-3 hours, let cool & hang out, unload.
Capacity: 15 people, 6 small/medium pots each
Food: CTCG will provide coffee and a light bite for breakfast. We will ask that participants bring a potluck lunch. CTCG will provide pizza or similar for dinner.
Clay: All clay used will be cone 10
Cancelation Policy: Your reservation is non-refundable after March 1, 2026. This holds your spot and ensures a consistent experience for all attendees. Cancelations before March 1 will be refunded less a $10 processing fee.
Liability Waiver and Release:
By completing this reservation, I understand that participation in this workshop may involve potentially hazardous activities, including but not limited to operating or being in proximity to kilns and open flames, handling hot material, exposure to glaze materials, and cutting or processing wood. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks of injury, burns, smoke exposure, or property damage.
By participating, I voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Connecticut Clay Guild, its members, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation in this workshop, including injury or property loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I confirm that I am physically able to participate, will follow all safety instructions, and accept full responsibility for my own safety.
