12–2 PM: Noborigama Unloading
Join local potters as we unload work from the Noborigama wood and salt/soda kiln. These firings create one-of-a-kind pieces shaped by ash, flame, and vapor. Wood kiln unloadings are truly Christmas morning for potters — it’s the first glimpse of results, and you never quite know what magic will emerge. Expect spectacular color, dramatic surfaces, and work by several artists, including some of our Clay Crawl participants.
