Connecticut Clay Guild is excited to open applications for Host Studios to participate in our 2026 Clay Crawl. 

Dates:

Saturday, May 2, 2026 10AM - 5PM

Sunday, May 3, 2026 10AM - 3PM

Host studios must be open to the public for the full duration of the Clay Crawl. 

Active CT Clay Guild Membership is required to participate as a Host Studio in our 2026 Clay Crawl. 

The Host Studio Fee includes Individual Participation in the Clay Crawl for Studio Owners. Studio Owners are welcome to set up their space as they please in terms of presenting & selling their work, holding demonstrations, and hosting vendors & event partners. 

Studio Owners are also welcome to dedicate a small area to their studio’s student/member work, but registered Guest Artists should be prioritized in the space. 

Host Studios will be promoted on our Event Map, and in all marketing materials. Each Host Studio must be able to accommodate at least 2 additional CT Clay Guild Guest Artists. The CTCG Event Committee will assign Host/Individual Artist pairings based on input from both parties. 

Clay Crawl Fees are as follows:

Individual Artist Booth Fee: $150

Individual Artist with Student Discount Booth Fee: $120

Non Member Artist Booth Fee: $250

Host Studio Fee: $225

Membership Dues Open: May 18

Application Opens: May 18

Studio Application Deadline:  August 17 11:59PM

Host Studio Acceptance Announcement: August 25

Guest Artist Application Opens: September 1

Guest Artist Application Deadline: November 1

Guest Artist Acceptance Announcement & Host Studio Placement: December 1

Host Studio Meeting: Sunday January 11, 2026 @ 4pm
